Here’s what you’ll need:

-Brioche Bread
-3 Eggs
-2 Tbsp White Sugar
-1/4 Cup Whole Milk
-1/4 Pure Pumpkin
-1 Tbsp Pumpkin Spice

Here’s what you’ll do:

1. Add pumpkin, eggs, milk and pumpkin spice to a large bowl and whisk together.
2. Heat a large pan over medium heat, drop a bit of butter in the pan to melt
3. Dip your sliced bread into the batter and cook for 1-2 minutes per side
4. Let cool to room temp and place in a freezer bag with wax paper in between to prevent sticking!
Good for 1-2 months, toast up and serve with syrup!
